Dr. Marc Smith DVM, CVA
Dr. Marc Smith has been a practicing veterinarian serving Middle Tennessee since 1998. He is the founder of Natchez Trace Veterinary Services (NTVS) in Franklin, Tennessee, a full service equine and small animal hospital. Dr. Smith received his DVM degree from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine in 1998. Since 2005, he has studied Eastern veterinary medicine at the renowned Chi Institute in Florida. In 2012, he earned his place in the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association. Dr. Smith is dedicated to the veterinary profession and to the health and welfare of pets and horses. Some of Marc’s favorite hobbies include fishing, computer games, participating in triathlons and coaching his girls’ sports teams. He and his wife Cherie have two daughters, Anna and Lilly.
Cadie joined the practice in July 2012 and manages the hospital in Franklin. Cadie was raised in Chapel Hill, TN and has been involved in veterinary medicine since 2003. She has experience in general as well as specialty practice and brings a variety of veterinary experiences to Natchez Trace Veterinary Services. Cadie has outstanding technical and interpersonal skills associated with all aspects of veterinary medicine. Cadie’s hobbies are scrapbooking and photography. She also enjoys spending time with her two children, Malachi and Arianna, and three dogs.
Becki joined the practice in April 2012. She manages the clinic in Belle Meade and assists with research, public relations and marketing. Becki is a certified member of the American Holistic Medical Association. Becki recently graduated from Clayton College in 2011 with a BS in Natural Health, Minor in Herbology, and obtained her Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master Certification in 2012. She also holds an A.A.S. in Medical Office and is enrolled in the Master Herbalist Certification program through the Academy of Natural Health Sciences. Although new to the veterinary field, Becki has over 25 years of medical management and clinical experience working as a practice manager, licensed optician, and a chiropractic assistant. She is thrilled with the opportunity to learn about and work with Veterinary Medicine and the Alternative, Complementary, and Traditional Chinese Medicine methods practiced by Dr. Smith and Dr. Damron.
April Fletchall H
April joined the practice in December 2011. April graduated from O’More College of Design in 2006 with a BA in Visual Communication & Advertising. She had extensive experience in graphic design and social media marketing prior to joining our staff to provide marketing, public relations, and graphic design for both Natchez Trace Veterinary Services and Pet-Tao Pet Foods.
